Xuwicha “Noi” Hiranprueck was born in Thailand and served in Long Cheng, Laos as an attaché to the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency, USAID, and Hmong General Vang Pao. His responsibilities included serving as the Chief Procurement Officer for the Special Guerilla Units in Laos. Since 1975 Noy has served pro-bono in the Foreign Ministry and the National Security Council of the country of Thailand, as a refugee and security consultant to the Supreme Command, Royal Thai Armed Forces, and The UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR). In addition to experience managing a variety of businesses in Thailand, Noy is currently the representative to Thailand for Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. Noy has homes in Minnesota, California, Colorado, and Thailand.
