Lee L. Moua earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and then entered both the restaurant and food service industries, which she successfully continues to this day. She has served in various community roles in South Carolina. These roles include being a planner for Hmong New Year, serving as the state representative to the Hmong Nationalities Organization, and serving as a statewide volunteer interpreter for the Hmong community.
