Khampao Sivixai

Khampao Sivixai was born and educated in Laos. He began working with the Central Intelligence Agency in 1966. He served as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Lao-Hmong Special Guerilla Units (SGU) until the American withdrawal in 1975, causing Mr. Sivixai to seek safety as a refugee in Thailand. In 1979 he was approved for resettlement in the U.S. and settled in Denver. Mr. Sivixai has served as president of the LAOLUE Association and as chairman of the LAOLUE Temple.
