Dr. Sayaxang grew up in Laos, left at the conclusion of the Secret War, and settled in the United States. A senior scientist for a pharmaceuticals company, Dr. Sayaxang holds Bachelor’s, Masters of Science, and PhD degrees in Chemistry and an MBA in Organization Management. Dr. Sayaxang lives in Colorado.
