Allen is a pilot and trainer for United Airlines, specializing in the Boeing 737. He is certified as an acrobatic pilot and has devoted countless hours toward maintaining, improving, and promoting the Foundation’s T-28. Allen has learned about the Secret War and, like others on the board, shares the conviction that a national memorial to the service of the Hmong is long overdue.
